• Custom screen printing and embroidery orders may take 7-14 business days depending on complexity and volume.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking:

• A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
